Caroline has extensive experience of helping people to find or regain their confidence in many different situations.  She uses a range of techniques to help people to help themselves.  No one solution works 100% of the time for 100% of people and it’s important that you are helped to find things that work well for you.  So you might use some positive stress management techniques like calming breathing or changing your body language, coupled with some NLP exercises like mental rehearsal or modelling.  Some clients may benefit from homoeopathy or Bach Flower Remedies.  The possibilities are infinite but you will be helped to find a set of strategies that feel right for you.  Caroline will work with you to find what works for you!

As well as exploring exercises and strategies to help you cope much better under stress, you might also want to brainstorm practical ways of changing problem situations.  So you might look at your work/life balance, time management, possible problem busters and solutions.  The emphasis is on practical strategies that are going to help you.
